Family Counselor/Psychotherapist at Evidentia Psychology

About the Role

We are looking to strengthen our team with another competent colleague.

We are seeking someone interested in a combined role where family counseling and couples therapy form a central part of the work, alongside individual psychotherapy. For those with supervisor training (at least 30 ECTS/credits), the position may also include supervision duties, primarily within municipal services.

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and reliable. You thrive working independently while appreciating collegial collaboration. As a person, you are flexible and stimulated by varied tasks.

Qualifications – Requirements

• Social worker with basic psychotherapy training (step 1) or licensed psychologist.
• At least 2–4 years of documented clinical experience working with couples and families.
• Training in couples therapy, such as IBCT or EFT.
• Strong ability to work independently and professionally.

Merits

• Experience in supervision within various areas of social services.
